If you’re an existing member, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel prior to the end of your subscription period. We have a no-refunds policy and send renewal reminder emails to remind you to review and manage your subscription prior to the renewal date.
If your subscription was purchased in our iOS app and the subscription is listed under your Apple ID, your payment was processed directly by Apple and you must request a refund through the App Store by following the steps here.
We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. Refunds for memberships purchased in the App Store are made exclusively at Apple's discretion.
