If you receive an error that your email or password is invalid or incorrect, please click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In screen to request a password reset email - it's in the error message or just below the password field as shown below.

If there's an account associated with your email address, you’ll receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the reset password email land in your inbox.
Follow the link in the email to set a new password, and then open the Togo RV app and sign in with your updated credentials!
