Why am I getting a "no routes found" error?

If you aren't able to view a suggested route in the app, you'll receive the error shown below that states no routes were found. This is most often due to too strict of routing preferences or a poor network connection.

You can tap the Retry button to try loading the route again or tap the Route Options icon in the upper right to try modifying your routing preferences. Note that avoidances such as dirt roads and tunnels may significantly affect our ability to find a route.


If you keep receiving this error and don't believe your routing preferences or network connection are the issue, please try fully deleting and then redownloading the Togo RV app. If the issue persists after deleting, redownloading, and signing back in, please contact our support team at support@togorv.com.
